Quotations

A quotation is prepared from the photographs, measurements and specification you provide. If a piece turns out to differ from what was described once it is on the bench, we will contact you with any change before continuing.

Materials and customer-supplied fabric

Fabric, foam and timber are ordered against the agreed specification. Customer-supplied fabric is checked before cutting; we are not responsible for faults in fabric supplied to us, but we will tell you about anything we notice before work starts.

Work carried out

Work is scheduled once the specification and any deposit are agreed. Collection, delivery and installation are quoted as separate items where they apply, and timing is confirmed with the quotation.
