Curtain drop and fullness only work when the window has been measured properly. Al Rukn Furniture measures each opening, makes the curtains or blinds to that size, and fits the track or rail.
Measure the opening, then make the curtain
A curtain that stops short of the floor or bunches against a balcony door usually starts with a measurement taken too quickly. We measure the opening, the stack space at each side and the drop to where the curtain should finish.
Blinds are made for openings where a curtain would take up too much room, including balcony doors and narrow windows. Tracks and rails are fitted with fixings chosen for the wall or ceiling surface in the room.

Do you measure windows before making curtains?
Yes. Each opening is measured for width, drop and the space needed to stack the curtain, and the track or rail position is agreed at the same visit. Curtains are then made to those measurements instead of being trimmed down from a standard size.
Which curtain linings are available?
Sheer, standard and blackout linings are available, and a lining can be combined with a heavier face fabric where the room needs both light control and weight. The lining choice is agreed with the fabric at sample stage.
Do you collect and deliver furniture?
Pieces are usually brought to the workshop or collected by arrangement. Once the work is finished the piece can be delivered back, and majlis or fitted items are installed on site. Ask when you request the quotation so transport can be included.
How do I get a price for upholstery work?
Send photographs of the piece and its measurements on WhatsApp, or bring it to the workshop in Al Jerf 1. Upholstery is quoted from the frame, the fabric and the amount of foam being replaced, so the price follows what the piece actually needs.
