Made to measure
Pieces are built to the measurements and layout of your space instead of being adapted from a standard size.
Made to measure in the UAE
About Al Rukn Furniture
Al Rukn Furniture makes and repairs upholstered and wooden furniture. Sofas, majlis seating, wardrobes, beds, curtains, blinds and office furniture are measured, quoted, built and installed by the same team.
Inside the workshop
A Workshop, Not a Showroom Floor
We work from a furniture workshop rather than a showroom floor. Sofas are stripped on the bench, timber is cut to measured drawings and cushions are stitched for the piece they belong to.
Before work starts, dimensions, materials, finish, scope and lead time are agreed in writing. The same team carries the job through making, delivery and fitting.
Made, repaired and fitted
What We Do
From a single chair that needs re-covering to complete made-to-measure rooms, the work begins with your space and specification.

A clear four-step approach
From Your Idea to Finished Furniture
- 01
Measure
We measure the space itself, including doorways, stairs and lift dimensions that decide whether a piece can be delivered.
- 02
Quote
You receive the price, the materials, the scope of work and the lead time in writing before anything is scheduled.
- 03
Build
The piece is cut, framed, upholstered and finished for the measurements and materials you approved.
- 04
Install
We deliver, fit and check the work on site, then explain how to care for the finish and covers.
Why the details matter
Practical Choices. Careful Work.
A clear, made-to-order process focused on your dimensions, approved materials and the way each piece will be used.
Materials agreed first
Fabric, leather, foam, timber, hardware and finish are agreed with you before the workshop starts.
Written quotation
The price, scope of work and lead time are confirmed in writing before a job is scheduled.
Repair and re-cover
Existing sofas, majlis seating and dining chairs can be refilled, re-covered and repaired rather than replaced.
Delivery and installation
Orders are delivered and fitted on site, with access and lift requirements checked at quotation stage.
One point of contact
The same team that measures and quotes your job stays with it through finishing and installation.
